Your data is protected with military-grade security. Thanks to our "Double-Key Architecture," only you can authorize access to your information. Not even Nubbio staff can see your clinical data. You and only you have control.

Don't worry. You can instantly revoke the lost card from your Nubbio app and issue a new one digitally. We also recommend designating "Guardians" and "Emergency Contacts" for complete security.

A Guardian (like a parent for a child) is a representative who can manage your profile and authorize access to your data. An Emergency Contact is a person who only receives a notification in case of an emergency, but doesn't have access to your information. They're simply a contact point for your loved ones.

Yes. To manage your identity, your consents, your guardians and have total control of your privacy, you need the Nubbio app. The app is your secure command center. Initial interactions, like scheduling, can be done via web, but managing your health identity is done through the app.

This is the main purpose of the card. Paramedics using a device connected to the Nubbio network can scan your card to access your vital information (blood type, allergies), allowing them to make quick and informed decisions that can save your life.

Yes. Through the Guardian function, you can manage your loved ones' profiles centrally and securely. You can schedule their appointments, view their results and have their entire clinical history organized.

We're expanding the network of healthcare providers connected to Nubbio every day. The goal is for Nubbio to become the identity standard. If your doctor uses management software, you can invite them to connect to our network.

When registering in the app, we'll help you upload your most important information (allergies, vaccines, conditions). Additionally, every time you're treated by a doctor connected to the Nubbio network, your history will be automatically updated, creating a unified lifelong record.

Creating your Nubbio profile and getting your Health ID Card is completely free for the first year. So you can try all the benefits, you'll only pay a small charge of $1.50 for each consultation you have, which will be managed directly by your doctor. From the second year onwards, renewing your card will cost $10 annually to keep your identity secure and active on the network.
